"90-Day Fiance" Couple Returns to TLC in Touching Video to Share About Married Life

In 2015, Aleksandra and Josh appeared on a TLC show 90-Day Fiancé featuring couples who apply for the K-1 visa (nicknamed the fiancé visa). The K-1 visa allows couples to travel to the United States if they marry within 90 days. Now they’re back, this time with a larger family.

Recently, Aleksandra and Josh returned to TLC in a 90 Day Fiancé: What Now? video discussing what they’ve been up to in the last two years.

Aleksandra and Josh met in Prague while she was studying at a university and while he was serving a mission and tracting in her area.

After Aleksandra converted to the Church and Josh returned to the U.S. at the end of his mission, they started dating through Skype and Josh proposed to Aleksandra in 2015.

They married soon after and moved to Rexburg. In 2016 they had a daughter who also appears in the video.

Prior to meeting Josh, Aleksandra led a very different lifestyle. She liked to go to clubs and drink. But after making some changes, she joined the Church.

And although being in Rexburg is a challenge for Aleksandra, in the new video she says, “Married life is amazing especially when you have an awesome husband.”

“It’s nice to always have a friend there and somebody you care and trust about with you,” Josh says.

Aleksandra has also found ways to share her faith with others; she has shared pictures on Instagram of scriptures and discussed her faith.

Sometimes you care too much about what other people say. But then you stop and realize you don't owe them anything, then why should you care? God is the one who's opinion truly matters. #moto #lifemotto #lds #mormon #d&c #doctrinesandcovenants A post shared by Aleksandra (@alex.mimi) on Jan 22, 2017 at 8:41pm PST

And Aleksandra has spoken about missionary work as well. Last year she said they participated in the 90 Day Financé TLC show to share the gospel. In an Instagram post, she wrote:

“One of the reasons why we decided to be in the #90dayfiance show was missionary work. We wanted to share our faith and tell people about our church. I am extremely happy when our fans write us about how they were touched by our story. This adorable lady, Sarah, was a little scared to get baptized and join the Church. But, as she said, our example helped her to make this important step in her life. And I am so excited that everything worked out for her. "Wherefore, be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, and will stand by you"(D&C 68:6). If our story somehow influenced on you, please tell us. We would be happy to hear it.”
