"There are two people who get to call me 'mommy' and I gave birth to both of them," lifestyle website petitelefant.com  creator Allison Czarnecki says on the show, Frankly Faraci.

Czarnecki, along with four other LDS bloggers: Jordan Page, Missy Smith, Carrian Cheney, and Jill Nystul shared the challenges of being a "mommy blogger."

"I've kind of declared a detachment from the term 'blogger' because I think it's changed so much in the few years that I've been blogging that I don't know if I associate myself with all the rules of blogging anymore," funcheaporfree.com creator Jordan Page says, adding she prefers simply "blogger."

"I prefer the term 'influencer,'" onegoodthingbyjillee.com creator Jill Nystul adds.

While "mommy blogger" may not be the best term for what these women do, which is run incredibly success websites about everything from food to finance, they do work as mothers. But with the daily grind of starting and sustaining a successful website, balancing home and work can get tricky.

Czarnecki says in the early days of her website, she would work until 3 a.m. Page says she works while her children are napping and even while she's brushing her teeth. But their roles as mothers do not take a backseat.

"I believe being a mother is a very powerful position," Page says. "I think the world today tries to tell us otherwise. I think there is no greater role on earth than raising this army of little rad people."

And when it comes to sharing content on their websites, these LDS bloggers keep their experiences as mothers and their faith in mind.

After experiencing a difficult pregnancy that left ohsweetbasil.com website co-creator Carrian Cheney weighing 80 pounds, she says her husband was in the kitchen explaining to their other children about the trial their mother was going through using the analogy of how heat can transform "gooey" crepe batter into something better.

"And he said "That's what mom is going through right now. She's going through something hard, but it's going to make us really good." And I knew this blog was not going to be about food for us," Cheney shares. "It was going to be about the good things and everything that we do we feel like we've been given a platform and we need to share good things through it."

And sharing good things on their websites is what inspires others as well, showing many that they are not alone with the struggles and trials they face.

"I love maybe being an answer to someone's prayer," co-creator of howdoesshe.com, Missy Smith. says.
