Elder M. Russell Ballard, of the Quorum of the Twelve, will be one of the keynote speakers at the annual Brigham Young University/Church History Symposium on March 2-3 in Salt Lake City and Provo. This year's theme is the era of President Joseph F. Smith and will be the topic of the presentations by historians, scholars, educators and authors.
