BYU Coach Rose excited for focus to return to basketball

Dave Rose looks forward to the day when his health issues and battle with pancreatic cancer take a back seat to the BYU men's basketball team and how the Cougars are doing on the court.

Because once things reach that point, that will mean Rose is back doing what he loves doing most and doing it at full strength. And hopefully, he says, doing it very well and for a very long time.

"The last six weeks or so there's been a lot of concern about me and my health, but what I really want people to be concerned about is our team," Rose said. "And I want our coaching staff to be concerned about our team and how we're improving and getting better."
