Recently, SoFi did a study of over 60,000 student loan refinancing applications over three years to determine which law schools are the best investments for students. And Brigham Young University took the No. 1 slot in one important category.

BYU law graduates receive the best financial return on their education, beating their peers around the country by a large margin.

The verified average salary of a Brigham Young University law grad is 1.7 times greater than the average grad's debt, well ahead of the three universities in second-place with a ratio of 1.4 — Texas, Yale and Houston — according to data from a student loan refinance company.
