In her first live TV performance after the death of her husband, Celine Dion belted out Queen's "The Show Must Go On" after receiving the  2016 Billboard Music Awards' Icon Award. On stage with Dion was LDS violinist Lindsey Stirling, who is featured in the new song.

While giving her emotional acceptance speech, Dion said through tears, "I want to be so strong for my family and my kids . . . Thank you. I want to thank Lindsey Stirling for sharing her wonderful talent with us tonight . . . and most importantly [I want to thank] my beloved husband whom I know will continue to watch over me from up above."
