Conference Books — Spring 2010

This is my fifth compilation of the books and other media mentioned or referenced each General Conference. And this time I discovered something I didn’t expect, although it makes sense: Even General Authorities cite Wikipedia.

It’s possible that this has happened before and I’ve simply missed it. Or, if I haven’t, then perhaps this is the first time. The reference is found in Elder D. Todd Christofferson’s talk The Blessing of Scripture. In it, one of the citations for information on William Tyndale is the Wikipedia article on Tyndale (see the last item in the bibliography below. I’m sure that General Authorities have cited the LDS Internet sites before. This is the first I’ve noticed a citation to the rest of the Internet.
