David Archuleta Sings Moving Cover of "God Bless the U.S.A."

On Independence Day, David Archuleta uploaded a patriotic and moving cover of Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the U.S.A." to YouTube.

As Latter-day Saints, patriotism, no matter where you live, can be a major part of living the gospel. Church leaders encourage us to vote and participate in government and the 12th Articles of Faith, part of our core set of values, states, "We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law."

It's so wonderful when, like David Archuleta, we can celebrate those things that make us proud of our country and our heritage.
