Augason Farms® Corn and Honey BBQ Chip Salad
2 cups hydrated Augason Farms freeze-dried sweet corn
1 tablespoons Augason Farms red and green peppers
4 cups salad dressing
1 - 10 ounce bag Honey BBQ (Corkscrew style) Corn Chips
Cover corn and red and green peppers with water and heat on stove until fully hydrated (approx. 15 minutes). Drain well. Stir salad dressing into corn mixture and chill. Gently fold in corn chips and serve.
Augason Farms® Veggie Cheese Ball
2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
¼ Cup Augason Farms vegetable stew blend (hydrated)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or chips.
Augason Farms® Coleslaw
1 cup Augason Farms Vegetable Stew Blend-Hydrated and drained well
2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Stir all ingredients together and chill.
