Food Storage Recipe: Peanut Butter Oatmeal Pudding

Our recipe for Disaster Pudding is an easy dessert made from all food storage ingredients that can help satisfy any sweet tooth. Because it doesn’t require any cooking, it’s a perfect way to have comfort food after an earthquake, during hard economic times, or even if you forgot dessert for a family party.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Pudding

1/2 cup dehydrated peanut butter powder
1/2 cup dehydrated chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (regular or quick)
1 Tbsp butter powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 cup cold water

1. Place all ingredients except water in mixing bowl.
2. Add cold water to bowl. Mix well.
3. Pudding can be served immediately or placed in refrigerator for 1-2 hours for pudding to thicken.
