It's rare for a member of the Church in Utah to spend his or her whole life in the same ward. That means birth, childhood, teenage years, adulthood, marriage, purchasing a home, rearing children and living out the senior years without leaving the same ward boundaries. What's even more rare is when a spouse did the same in exactly the same ward. Earl and Donna Dayton of Heber City, Utah, have been members of the Heber 2nd Ward in the Heber City Utah Stake, for 82 years. It seems as if these two were meant to be together. When asked if they ever considered moving, both Donna and Earl laughed, "We never even considered it."
