For more than two years Greg Soter has driven past the old LDS 4th Ward building on 100 West in downtown Provo. He drove by with a dream of one day doing something amazing with the historic edifice. This week Soter got the keys to the building, and by September he hopes to have 15 upscale apartments inside.
Historians need not worry, Soter said. He intends to keep the outside of the building in keeping with the 1915 design.
