Peter Hollens & Tabernacle Choir to Create World’s Largest Virtual Hallelujah Chorus (+ How You Can Be a Part of It)

26852.jpg

Peter and Evan Hollens are teaming up with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to undertake a brave endeavor: creating the world’s largest virtual "Hallelujah Chorus." And they want you to be a part of it.

Right now, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir is calling "all singers and choirs worldwide" to join in the event by uploading a video of themselves singing Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus."

And if you want to join, the process is simple.

1. Pick your part and go to mormon.org where you can download the sheet music for your part.

2. After you've practiced and feel ready, record a video of yourself singing the part and upload it to YouTube with the hashtag #Hallelujah.

3. Then, fill out the form at the bottom of this page, being sure to include the link to your video.

And voila. You've just participated in the world's largest virtual "Hallelujah Chorus." The final video will be released in mid-March, just in time for Easter.
