Is Andy Reid's Religion Affecting the Philadelphia Eagles' QB Controversy?

For those of you who didn't know Andy Reid is a Mormon, or a Latter-day Saint, most of you are probably shocked.

Mormon values and Philadelphia's persona don't really mesh. As some of you know, Mormons do not believe in drinking or profanity.

Wait, then there is no way any LDS member would want to visit Lincoln Financial Field, right?

The fact that Reid is LDS still surprises me, even though I have known this since Reid started coaching in Philadelphia. But there's one question I have been tossing around: Is it possible that Reid's religion is swaying his choice for the Eagles' starting QB?

Reid follows this value: the belief in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men. Obviously not only Reid follows this rule, but all LDS members.
