LDS Authors Josi Kilpack & Sarah Eden Win Awards For Clean Fiction

LDS Authors Sarah M. Eden and Josi S. Kilpack were both winners of Orson F. Whitney awards for 2014. Sarah M. Eden won both ‘Best Novel of the Year’ and ‘Best Romance’ for her book Longing for Home, vol.2: Hope Springs, which follows the struggles of a young woman from Ireland after she moves to Wyoming.

Josi S. Kilpack was awarded ‘Best Mystery/Suspense’ for her book Wedding Cake, the last in her culinary mystery series that followed the misadventures of amateur sleuth Sadie Hoffmiller.

The Orson F. Whitney awards are given to novels written by LDS authors, and honor novels in the following categories: General Fiction, Romance, Suspense/Mystery, Speculative Fiction, Speculative Young Adult Fiction, General Young Adult Fiction, Middle Grade, Historical, Best Novel of the Year, Best Novel in Youth Fiction, and Best Novel by a New Author.
