For the past two years, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has cracked the top 25 on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work Employee's Choice list. In 2015, the Church landed spot 22; in 2016, the Church came in 19th

This year, the Church continued its pattern of excellence, once again ranking as the 19th best place in the nation to work on Glassdoor, as well as being featured on Business Insider. Instead of analyzing numbers or sales, this list bases ranking on employees' feedback and reviews as well as salaries offered, jobs available, and benefits. Overall, the LDS Church received a 4.5 rating out of five stars.

Of the 453 reviews given by employees of the Church, some of the most common positive feedback was that the Church provides a "good work-life balance" and "the benefits and work environment are fantastic."

Here are just a few quotes from employees about why they love working for the Church:

"I loved my time working for the LDS Church. I felt valued and supported as an employee and enabled to do my work to the best of my ability. I loved the work I was doing and the feeling of being part of the best work on earth."
"I love working for the Church. It has been a great blessing for me and my family. Excellent benefits and the quality of people I work with are outstanding."
"Incredibly rewarding; when we're able to connect the right client with the right resources, it's life-altering."
