The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints President Thomas Monson will deliver the commencement address to Dixie State College graduates. Monson will speak at the two-year college in St. George, Utah, on May 2.
The college is celebrating its centennial this year.
Dixie president Stephen Nadauld says it is appropriate to have the president of the Mormon church speak because the church founded the college 100 years ago.
