Wednesday, Apr. 3: Stephanie Offermann

Stephanie Offermann is visiting from her home in Germany. Her artwork has been featured in the ENSIGN.  She wrote and illustrated a children’s book.

Thursday, Apr. 4: David Lindsley

David has studied with artists Daniel Greene and Tom  Browning. From 8x10-inch miniatures to 8x10-foot murals, he works exclusively in oils. 

Friday, Apr. 5: Mark A. Amacher

Author Mark A. Amacher will be signing his new book, The Savior’s Symbols, accompanied by artist Jeffery Hein.

Friday-Saturday, all day Apr. 5-6: Howard Lyon

Howard has studied art in Italy, France, and most recently at the Grand Central Academy in New York. Howard combined these experiences to expand his subject matter to create inspirational pieces in the style of some of his favorite old masters.

LADIES' NIGHT: Saturday, Apr. 6, 5:30-9:00 pm: Liz Lemon Swindle

Liz's paintings are held in corporate and private collections around the world and have been published in countless magazines and books. Her paintings have focused on the life and experiences of Mormon prophet Joseph Smith and on the life of Christ.

Men and Women of Faith Lecture: "Bruce R. McConkie: A Special Witness"

April 11, 7 p.m., Church History Library, Salt Lake City, Utah

The Church History Library will host the Men and Women of Faith lecture: “Bruce R. McConkie: A Special Witness” featuring his son Joseph Fielding McConkie, sharing highlights from the life of the former apostle.  This event is free and open to the public.

An Evening with the Editors and Authors of Women of Faith in the Latter Days: Volume 2

April 9, 7 p.m., 410 S. 800 E., Salt Lake City, Utah

Richard E. Turley, Jr. and Brittany A. Chapman will give a special special presentation on various chapters of the books. There will be a book signing afterward.
