Officials with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints say a missionary with local ties was struck by a car in Jamaica on Friday.
Elder Nathan Martin of Blackfoot suffered a head injury in the incident, said Eric Hawkins, a spokesman for the LDS Church.
