A 53-year-old Logan man was arrested Thursday morning at the Logan LDS Temple, 175 North 300 East. Kelly J. Packer was arrested after walking into the Temple and making his way into a woman’s dressing room. Logan Assistant Police Chief Jeff Curtis said that Packer walked through the front doors of the Temple and past a reception desk.
