After a 7.2-magnitude earthquake with a magnitude 5.8 aftershock hit the state of Oaxaca in Mexico, the Church reported that all missionaries are safe.

This earthquake follows the deadly September 2017 earthquake, which hit when the missionaries at the MTC were practicing an earthquake drill.

All Mormon missionaries serving in Mexico are safe after a major earthquake struck that nation on Friday, according to Daniel Woodruff, spokesman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
