New Church Video: "We Don’t Need to Be the Same to Be One"

One of the most beautiful, intentional designs manifest in our Heavenly Father's creations is diversity. No one is exactly the same, and everyone has unique perspectives, backgrounds, gifts, and talents that enrich our lives in ways we otherwise would never experience.

But how can we follow the commandment to "be one" and still maintain what makes us different from each other?

A new Church video shares the powerful message of how being one doesn't mean being the same.

"In the beginning, God made heaven and earth, light and dark, man and woman," the video shares. "He made everything different. No two fingerprints are alike. No two people are the same. We look different. We sound different. We act different. We believe different. But, we can be different and still be together. We can be kind. We can be patient. We can not judge. We can forgive over and over again because we don't have to be the same to be one. We are all God's children."
