The latest "I'm a Mormon" video released by the Mormon Channel adds a fun new kick--Zumba! Alejandra Vidal, a spirited Zumba instructor, shows Church members an exciting new way to serve and enjoy life as she uses dance to uplift others, including those in a psychiatric hospital.

I am 41 years old. I am married with three beautiful children. I love animals and defending the defenseless people. My passion is dancing, so I work as a Zumba instructor which gives me the opportunity to bring health and happiness to other people, and my motto is: If you are depressed, DANCE, if you're sick, DANCE  ... well ... blah, blah, blah, DANCE, DANCE AND DANCE!
