"Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein."
When Jesus Christ, our Savior and the Creator of our universe, called the little ones to Him, He wasn't just reaching out and serving. He was showing us how we should live our lives in meekness, even while we care for these precious children of our Heavenly Father.
Some of the most moving moments from the Bible and Book of Mormon involve our Savior surrounded by small children:
Our prophet and apostles have followed the Savior's example by embracing little children and living lives of humility and charity. Check out these beautiful and touching moments of apostles with little children.
