Preliminary LDS Colorado temple plans resume after year hiatus

After going quiet for several months, the proposal to build a two-story, 30,000-square-foot Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple in southeast Fort Collins is back in the foreground. It has been more than a year since church representatives first brought up plans to build a temple across the street from the current Mormon chapel in Fort Collins. No formal plans have been submitted yet but the city is going ahead with a meeting Monday to give neighbors a chance to see preliminary site plans and ask questions.
