Recently, the Church released a map with all of the 150 temples throughout the world. While the map shows a heavy concentration of temples in the United States and Canada, it's apparent that these temples are quickly spreading across the world as the Church grows.
With over29 temples now currently under construction and the 150th temple soon to be dedicated in March, it's exciting to see the Lord's holy houses spread across the world.
Recently, President Uchtdorf reflected on this growth and the dedication of the first temple outside of America in 1955 in a post onFacebook, one that holds a deep significance to him and his family.
