Prime Minister of Fiji Calls Temple Exquisite: "I’d Love Everyone to Look at What You Have Here"

Recently, the Church released photosfrom inside the Suva Fiji Temple, announcing that after over a year of renovations, the Suva Fiji Temple is finally complete and will open to the public beginning Monday, January 25 to Saturday, February 6. Government leaders were invited to tour the temple before it opens to the public, and had a wonderful reaction. The Prime Minister, Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama, called the temple "exquisite," adding “I’d love everyone to come and have a look at what you have here.”

Suva Fiji Temple

The Hon. Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji, Rear Admiral J.V. Bainimarama, toured the Suva Fiji Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints yesterday.

He was accompanied by other senior governmental leaders and hosted by members of the Pacific Area Presidency and other Church leaders.

A number of Cabinet ministers and other senior leaders attended the special temple open house tour along with the Prime Minister.
