Green beans are wonderful plants, they’re easy to grow, and have the added benefit of being nitrogen fixing, which means they add nitrogen back into the soil, leaving it healthier than it started. Green beans can be grown as bush or pole varieties. Pole need a support trellis (a green been teepee is always fun for kids).
