The bodies of a Sandy man and his two children were found Monday after a search located the wreckage of a plane that was reported missing Sunday morning, police said.
Garfield County officials said there were no survivors in the crash.
Iron County Sheriff Mark O. Gower said the plane was located near lower Bear Valley area northwest of Panguitch by a police helicopter shortly after 11 a.m. Monday.
Gower said the plane was not intact. A ground crew was moving in on the location to access the plane.
