Top 10 New Year's resolutions for a healthier life, part 1

The start of a new year brings with it a plethora of good intentions for all of us. Here are my top 10 New Year's resolutions for the coming year!

1. Eat breakfast like a king/queen, lunch like a prince/princess and dinner like a beggar

For too many years I did the exact opposite. Finding myself "too busy" to have breakfast and sometimes even skipping lunch or getting a quick bite at a fast food place, I would end up feeling starved, and I'd have a huge meal and head to bed. I was the poster child of how not to eat.
