The driver in a Texas crash that killed two LDS missionaries from Utah and Idaho and injured a third turned himself in at the port of entry at Progresso, Texas, overnight.
The injured missionary from Alabama was hospitalized in critical condition but was released from the hospital Wednesday morning.
Trooper Johnny Hernandez says the driver faces a potential felony charge for failure to stop and render aid. He and two passengers allegedly fled the scene.
