Uintah woman recalls life making paper dolls for LDS publication

Adversity was the impetus for Leola Farr Jensen to become a well-known paper doll artist among longtime readers of “The Children’s Friend,” a publication of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Now 85 and blind, Jensen recently looked back on a life where her artistic and musical talents took her on some exciting journeys.
