Lewis Quinn, a 37-year-old Latter-day Saint in the U.K., spent 12 years studying opera in the U.S. before becoming a paramedic.

He even spent several years singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir starting in 2012, according toKSL.

But Quinn has found unique ways to use his vocal talents in his new job as an emergency medical technician.

"'I sing for the patients in the back of the ambulance, especially the dementia patients," Quinn told Daily Mail.

Recently, one of his colleagues asked Quinn to show off his talents by singing "Nessun Dorma" outside the Southport Community Fire and Ambulance Station.

Little did Quinn know that his impromptu performance would go viral on Facebook, obtaining over 50,000 views.

"I never expected the video to go anywhere so it was a bit of a surprise to see so many views," Quinn told theDaily Mail.

"I was playing the organ and singing in church when it came out so I had no idea—I just hope that it can put a smile on someone's face."
