LDS artist Nadia Khristean creates music to raise awareness for social causes she feels passionate about. Recently, she performed an emotional cover of Demi Lovato's "Warrior" to capture her feelings of the #MeToo campaign, which brings to light voices of women who have been sexually harassed or abused.
"It’s amazing to see how many people have lifted there voices and shared their experiences," Khristean writes on YouTube. "It is both devastating and I believe strengthening to know that no one is alone in this battle. If you have ever been sexually abused or assaulted, I hope you know that you are not alone, and you are always enough. It’s easy to feel like we are 'screaming into a hurricane' and no one can hear you, but that is never true; you are LOVED. Please don’t ever forget that."
