Watch: LDS Artist Blows Away Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron with Her Own Arrangement of "This Is Me"

After the runaway hit "This Is Me" from The Greatest Showman was nominated for an Oscar and performed at the Academy Awards this past weekend, we wanted to share the remarkable experience of LDS artist Tiffany Alvord.

Before the movie was released in December last year, 20th Century Fox hosted a "This Is Me" challenge where artists could perform their own arrangement of this dynamic song to compete for tickets to attend the red carpet premiere.

LDS musician and YouTuber Tiffany Alvord was one of the artists who performed for Hugh Jackman, Zandaya, Zac Efron, and songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

About Alvord's performance, Hugh Jackman raved, "It just made me melt into this chair. . . . Well done. I absolutely loved it."

Zandaya said, "It felt very intimate but it also felt very big. Great job."

"You found the bigger meaning inside of it," Zac Effron added. "It was fun to watch the three of you play your own instrument and come together as one. It was really fantastic."

The "This Is Me" challenge featured three artists performing very diverse versions of the Golden Globe Award-winning song.

Each of the soulful renditions was so powerful, the judges decided to send all the artists to the premiere of The Greatest Showman.

About the experience, Alvord wrote on her blog, "Wow, what a surreal experience! . . . Performing in front of everyone was literally a dream and so fun!"
