At 48 years old, Kathy Goff has experienced things most parents would never dream of. The single mom has watched her daughter endure two years of chemotherapy, witnessed one of her sons momentarily flatline, and spent countless hours waiting at doctor's offices.

The reason? All three of her adult children have dyskeratosis congenita, a rare progressive bone marrow failure syndrome.

According to eastidahonews.com, Goff currently works two full-time jobs to pay the staggering medical bills and is constantly driving from her home in Rexburg, Idaho, to Salt Lake City, Utah, for hospital visits.

Though she works hard to provide for herself and her children, she never asks for help. But recently, 15-year-old LDS vocalist Lexi Walker teamed up with Goff's community to give this single mom a special secret Santa surprise that will melt your heart.
