All temples are sacred, but there's something a little different about the Paris France Temple.

"It's very hard to describe, but the art, the feelings, the spaces, in this building are beyond that I remember in any temple that I've ever been in and I don't know why that is," President Eyring says in a new video about the Paris France Temple. "There's something about the feel of it, the design, and then, of course, to have the Saviors' Christus it gives it a special feeling that I can't describe to you except that it was hard for me to control my emotions as I went through," President Eyring notes in the video.

As the 156th temple and the first temple in France, the temple dedication followed an open house hosting more than 47,500 people, according to Mormon Newsroom

"The temple is in full harmony with the surrounding area," Bishop Caussé told Mormon Newsroom. "We want the temple to be not only a blessing for the members but an asset for the whole community.”
