What Drives Mormon Humanitarian Work?

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints try to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ on a daily basis. One of those teachings is doing just what the Savior did when He was on the earth, and that was to help people in need.

After earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, typhoons and other natural disasters destroy homes and lifestyles, Church Humanitarian Services draws upon its resources of shelter, food, water, medical supplies and other basic supplies to help victims get back on their feet.
