Jan. 10th: Leadership Training At 1pm MST, priesthood and auxiliary leaders around the world will receive training during a worldwide leadership training broadcast provided under the direction of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve. Excel Entertainment Group Presents Pride and Prejudice A Latter-Day Comedy to select cities across the United States. Ames, Iowa and Kennewick, Washington host the first set of private screenings this week, with Albuquerque, New Mexico playing host the following week of January 19. Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona and undisclosed locations in Idaho are soon to follow. Camera 40 Productions took this classic work by Jane Austen and transformed it into an updated comedy using a LDS setting that is entertaining for the entire family. Jan. 17th: SLC, UT Temple Square Performances presents the Utah State High School Men's and Women's Honor Choirs in concert at the Tabernacle at 7:30pm. Jan. 22-24th: Provo, UT 3rd LDS Film Festival 2004 at the Provo City Library. A Celebration of LDS Film and Filmmakers is about to happen for the third time. For the first time, the festival will also screen LDS Feature Films, including the not yet released "Saints & Soldiers" and "Best Two Years." Dozens of acclaimed LDS Filmmakers will give presentations to the audience and talk about upcoming LDS films in 2004. Additionally, a 24-hour Filmmaking Marathon will be held on January 16. Feb. 4th-7th: SLC, UT Acclaimed Seoul Ladies Singers to Perform in Salt Lake City The Alliance for Arts and Understanding will present the Seoul Ladies Singers as the featured international choir at the Alliance World Festival of Women's Singing in Salt Lake City.
