Every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel or change your reservation, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we ask that you take full responsibility for your entire reservation. To secure your suite we charge a 50% deposit of the total amount of your reservation upon booking. That deposit is refundable up until 30 days prior to your arrival date however a $35.00 cancellation fee will apply. Once you are within 30 days of arriving our policy states that your deposit may be applied to another date, transferred to another person, or placed on hold until while you find another time to visit, but it will not be refunded. However, if we can find another party to take you date, or If we can rebook your reservation, we will be happy to give you a full refund. Please give us as much notice as possible so that we may assist you in changing your plans or rebooking your suite.

Your suite will be available for check in at 3:00pm on the date of your arrival and we kindly request that you check out at 11:00am on the day you depart.

The Inn at Nauvoo is located across the street from the Temple and right in historic downtown Nauvoo. You will be within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the Nauvoo Pageant. Nauvoo is a small town with a population of only 1100 people. Each night at the Pageant and on many printed materials, the LDS Church and its missionaries encourage people to patronize the local business in Nauvoo. Your contribution to the small economy of Nauvoo helps more than you know. We too invite you to experience Nauvoo by enjoying the shops and restaurants of historic downtown.
