I have a friend who gew a beard to cover facial disfigurement so I'd never judge anyone who has facial hair. I believe that as long as it is not the first thing a person sees when they first meet you (an overdone beard or moustace or sideburns - like too much makeup on a woman) then I think facial hair is fine and can be attractive. It's a personal decision and should remain so.
