There are several other good books and articles to add insight into our Book of Mormon studies and teaching. Royal Skousen's The Book of Mormon: The Earliest Text is invaluable. Grant Hardy's Understanding the Book of Mormon: A Reader's Guide is full of insights, and his The Book of Mormon: A Reader's Edition is also useful. Donald Parry's The Book of Mormon Text Reformatted According to Parallelistic Patterns is good. Marion G. Romney's April 1980 talk on the Book of Mormon (Ensign, May 1980) is classic. In the right hands, these can all add to our comprehension of the book's message and our ability to teach that message.
