Several years ago my Mister bought me a yogurt maker for Christmas. I had attempted making yogurt without one and ended up with something the consistency of rubber cement. It wasn’t pretty. Since then, I’ve learned a bit more about how yogurt works, so while yogurt makers are convenient, they aren’t required for success.
