A Peculiar People: How Mormons Compare to Other Religious Groups

A study by the Pew Research Center revealed what residents of Utah County already know — there are a lot of Mormons here, and a lot of them are Republicans.

But members of the LDS Church proved to be unique in another ways. The Pew Research Center’s Religion and Public Life Project, an extensive survey of more than 35,000 American adults, found a few areas where Mormons stood apart from the crowd.
