A spiritual-growth fiesta for Hispanic members in Oklahoma City

It began as a simple athletic challenge from one Spanish-speaking branch to another.

And then the event blossomed into a three-day activity, held Sept. 3-5, designed to build friendships, give service and increase testimonies. The Oklahoma City 6th Branch (Spanish), Oklahoma City South Stake, invited the Norman 3rd Branch (Spanish), Norman Oklahoma Stake, to play them in basketball and volleyball. They expected to build camaraderie among Hispanic members of the Church in the Oklahoma City area.
