Agreement reached over free speech zones near LDS temple

City officials here said they will not enforce their "Free speech" ordinance while a lawsuit is pending in federal court.

The Main Street Church of Brigham City and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday after the church said it was prohibited from passing out fliers on public sidewalks that border the new LDS temple in Brigham City.
