BYU football: Cougar offense comes alive in win over Beavers

BYU used long, sustained drives and a host of turnovers on Saturday to defeat Oregon State 38-28.

The game also featured something that has been missing in BYU games of late – offense and lots of it. Overall BYU accounted for 501 total yards to go along with their 38 points.

Quarterback Riley Nelson led the way going 17-27 for 217 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran the ball 12 times for 87 yards.
