BYU and Oregon State squared off in the Las Vegas Bowl last December — and the Cougars and Beavers will be seeing even more of each other in coming years.

BYU athletic director Tom Holmoe announced Thursday that BYU and OSU have agreed to a home-and-home football series in 2011 and 2012. The first game is scheduled for Sept. 3, 2011, in Corvallis. The following year, on Sept. 1, 2012, the two teams will meet in Provo.

Cougar coach Bronco Mendenhall played football at Oregon State from 1986-87.
