BYU track sweeps MWC titles

In a scene so familiar, the men’s and women’s track teams swept the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Fort Collins, Colo., on Saturday.

It was the 12th conference title for the men and 10th for the women, respectively.

The men’s team has never lost an MWC crown since the league’s inaugural season in 1999-2000, a proud fact for BYU men’s head coach Mark Robison, who was named as the MWC Coach of the Year.
