Former President Bill Clinton has revealed how he considered changing his religion to become a Mormon when he was younger. The Democrat described how Mormon missionaries nearly convinced him to convert when he was growing up in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Mr Clinton, who is helping Barack Obama in his Presidential campaign against Mormon and the republican candidate Mitt Romney, admitted attending recruiting presentations at the local Mormon Church and still admires the church for its high ethical standards and belief in a celestial kingdom.
